The Time To Train
So I have decieded to do the around the bay again to raise the fund for the Smith Family, this is not a hard event nor is it an easy event. Does not make sense really does it, it does in some ways in the fact that if you dont train it is very hard. The more you train and the more time in the saddle you have the easier it gets, it is all about the Km's in the saddle.
So what is the plan for training ? Pretty simple the target is 300km per week for 16 weeks equates to 4800km of riding. That is the target to acheive or do it tougher than expected.
